YOGA NIDRA | 55 MIN

Turn *Down* to Turn Up your inner wisdom and relaxation levels. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice. This practice is essentially a guided meditation where we explore the 5 layers of our being called "Koshas" or "sheaths". Yoga Nidra allows your mind to be aware while your body can rest. By exploring the 5 layers of your being you can better tap into spaces of your brain that aren't used during our day to day life. This practice has been known to help anxiousness, restlessness, insomnia and more.

This class is practiced lying all the way down. You can lay on your bed, or on your yoga mat. Be sure to have plenty of pillows and blankets to help prop yourself up comfortably.

Since it is very common to fall in and out of sleep during this practice, and since it can sometimes actually put you to sleep, I will not have the usual community time after class. I will guide you out of meditation as best I can, then slowly sign out of class quietly out of respect for your quiet space and practice.

YOGA FLOW | 60 MIN

A special variation of a Contemporary Yoga class

Flow through sequences of poses that are intentionally strung together in order to balance work and play, anatomy and energy, form and freedom.

Each class will build towards a specific focus that will play towards the energy of the day and time of practice, guiding you to tap into your inner potential, grace and power.
